- I liked v2.5 much better except it now crashes when I try to send a photoshow and I have many shares that are frozen and can't be deleted, so I decided to download the new version, did a share and discovered I could only do limited sharing so decided to upgrade...
- v4.5 purchase and download was fine, but after doing so I was still unable to share because of the confusing extra step needed to register in photoshow circle. That wasn't easy to figure out, but I finally did. At this point, my share was created twice and rejected twice. So I had to go back a third time.
- v4.5 has more features but is much more confusing to use. The ability to share photos seems to have disappeared to be replace by the photoshow metaphor. It's actually harder to send simple photos without music playing.
- after finally getting it all working I sent a photoshow only to see it had ads played in front of it. If it was free it might be acceptable, but after paying $40, I've got to say that having my personal shares splattered with your ads makes me irate and feel abused. It's also confusing to the person that I'm sharing with that trusts me.
- I realize the desire to focus on viral growth, but if you lose word of mouth you have no chance of attaining it. I was probably responsible for dozens of downloads in the past, but I'm officially checked out as a customer. I only took the time to let you know because of our relationship. Otherwise I wouldn't have bothered and you'd only have a request for a refund (I am going to try).
- This was all over 1.5 hours.
